Fresh Air Fund: Veteran camper inspires Unbound program, by John Goddard, Staff Reporter, Toronto Star, published on Monday, July 12, 2010

We were fortunate enough to hear Pinball speak at the OCA Conference this January (2009) at Blue Mountain, in Collingwood, Ontario. His uplifting and inspiring words spoken with his interactive, energetic, and physical manner truly motivated us. He taught us that good leaders build, and poor leaders destroy. We left his speech feeling energized and excited to start the summer and ready to be those builders. We hope to bring what we learned from him to our staff, our campers and to Glenbrook as a whole to make the camp experience a fantastic one for the most important part of everyone's family - the children.

Still wondering what a camp counsellor is if Pinball is a hero for running away with a ball? I guess it makes us superheroes!
