Facility Rentals

Glenbrook Day Camp is located on Willowgrove Farm in the town of Whitchurch-Stouffville... 45 minutes north of Toronto. This beautiful setting has over 100 acres to explore.

Day Rentals and Weekend Retreats

Our private property is well-suited for day rentals or weekend retreats.

Take your group to our picturesque woodlot for a nature hike, explore the creek for critters, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter, or gather around a roaring campfire to bring your evening to a close! We have a variety of sport and play areas that are great spaces for a wide variety of program options. As well, ask us about our low ropes course and climbing gym!

Willowgrove Centre has been serving churches and community groups for more than 20 years. Our site can be rented on a self-catering plan only. We have a variety of facilities for you to use.

Facility and Program Area Information

Dining Hall - This main building at Willowgrove seats approximately 70 people. In addition to gas heat the dining hall has a wood stove - great for warming up in the winter. This building is ideal for business meetings, banquets and other group gatherings. The kitchen includes refrigeration space, a stove, a grill, storage areas and ample counter space. All of our drinking water is treated on site, certified and tested periodically, as per The Ministry of Environment Guidelines.

Portables - Two heated buildings often used as sleeping quarters for overnight groups. Portables can also be set up with tables and chairs to be used to run smaller sessions.

Open-Air Pavilion - Our pavilion seats up to 120 people. If you are using Willowgrove in the warmer weather, make sure you take advantage of this building. It is great to use for church services, barbeques and family reunions. Electricity and water are nearby to help facilitate your program.

Climbing Gym - Our climbing gym can be used as an excellent addition to any program. This is a unique activity that can be used to promote communication, team building and problem solving skills. Let us help you incorporate this exciting program into your stay. The climbing program is run by Willowgrove staff at an additional cost.

Sports Areas - We have many sports areas including a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a soccer field and a lighted baseball diamond. There is no cost to rental groups for use of the diamond if it is vacant. Baseball leagues take precedence over rental groups. If you require the baseball lights, an additional charge of $20.00 will apply to your group.

Low Ropes Course - Climbing through the spider-web, balancing on the teeter-totter and low ropes challenges are only a few of the elements on our course which can be used by your group to facilitate team building, develop confidence and to have a great time. The Low Ropes program is run by Willowgrove staff at an additional cost.

Other Program Areas and Resources Available at Willowgrove:

Woodlot - seven acres of bush at the back of our property.
Working barns - go and see the many animals we have on our farm.
Haylofts - located above the barn - playgrounds in the straw!
Corn Maze - our maze is a fun and adventurous for all ages (September to November).
Trails all over the property - go hiking, snowshoeing or skiing around the site.
Two playground areas.
Fire pit - sit on benches around a campfire and enjoy a cookout and a sing-a-long. We will supply the firewood!
Ample parking.
Program equipment and facilitation of some activities can be provided at an additional cost to the group. Our staff can help you develop a customized agenda or lead a program session.
